Key People
Capt. Leonid Khorosanov
Mr. Khorosanov holds a master’s License. He has worked in a tanker company ashore as a Surveyor visiting their vessels.
He was responsible for the implementation of all company’s ships, planned jobs for deck maintenance and also for the training of the crew on board, on company’s PMS. Until recently he was the Director General of Private Enterprise STMA Manning, Odessa.
Currently Leonid is the General Director of Yialos Manning Services LLC.

Stanislav Prokhorenko
Mr,Stanislav, graduated with honors from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. After postgraduate studies, he worked for “Niki” as Assistant to the General Director from 2003 to 2020, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
In 2020, Stanislav joined Yialos Ukraine in a similar role but with broader responsibilities. Fluent in English, German, French, Italian, and Polish, he excels in building lasting relationships with seafarers and clients.
Stanislav’s strong work ethic and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of our team.
