Minerva Alfonso
Ms. Minerva Alfonso (Overseas Asia & Pacific Director and Yialos Chairman of the Board) has previously held senior positions in INTERTANKO’s offices in Oslo, Singapore and London for 21 years. Minerva established and managed INTERTANKO’s Asia Representative office in Singapore, which opened on 1 March 1999 and she represented INTERTANKO at IMO, NATO, UN, ReCAAP and other international fora.

Ruben Regalado
Mr. Regalado is the company’s Senior Recruitment Officer with vast experience in manning industry, held various positions on well‐known manning agencies. Previously Mr Regalado was the Recruitment Manager of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement Crew Services Philippines for almost 10 years, handling various LNG and LPG Carriers, Oil Tankers, Chemical & Product Tankers, Container Ships, Multi‐Purpose vessels and Bulk Carriers.

Dino Alfonso
Mr. Alfonso, the current President of Yialos Manning Services, Inc., was a key figure in the company’s establishment . He played a vital role in developing and implementing corporate procedures across various departments.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Lyceum University of the Philippines.
Prior to joining Yialos, he accumulated 15 years of experience in managerial roles.

Capt. Ismael G. Alconaba
Captain Ismael G. Alconaba serves as the Senior Fleet Manager for the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and distinguished himself by placing 9th in the 2009 PRC Master Mariner Board Exam.
At the young age of 35 years old, he took on his first command under a Japanese principal, serving for two years before becoming an accomplished Master Mariner with our company for six years.
His eight-year experience as Captain has provided him with invaluable expertise in seamanship and seafarer management.
